How it started
I started my career in 2006, engineering, consulting, leadership. Managing Director. Global teams. Fintech unicorn. From the outside, it looked like success.
But behind it, there were sacrifices, long hours, little time with family. Growth without alignment drained me. Recognition without purpose felt empty.
So I rebuilt what success means to me.
Today, I build businesses and mentor people who want to grow with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
Because real success isn’t how far you climb it’s how aligned you feel when you get there.
